Speech and Language therapy is a program that provides treatment for children with speech/language impairment which is a communication disorder, such as stuttering, impaired articulation, a language impairment, a voice impairment, and/or pragmatic deficits that adversely affects a child's educational performance.

Students with speech and/or language impairment are seen in a group or individually based upon the needs and the severity of a child’s disability. Parents are notified about their child’s speech and language progress three times a year at the same time as the report card sent home.
